The 2023-24 New and Returning Graduate Student Title IX Training is intended for the UTK graduate students. It provides information on the ways to create and maintain a safe and non-discriminatory learning, living, and working environment free from Sexual Harassment (including Sexual Assault, Dating Violence, Domestic Violence, and Stalking), Sexual Exploitation, and Retaliation.

The material in this course includes details and examples of Sexual Harassment, Sexual Assault, Dating and Domestic Violence, and Stalking.
