What you should know about FERPA, the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act, at the University of Tennessee Knoxville? This training is provided by the Office of the University Registrar of the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. It explains the basic FERPA requirements and provides guidance on how to remain compliant when handling student records.
This training is only for UTK users without access to K@TE. All faculty and full-time staff should complete the training in K@TE.
